WHAT IS SGPT?
Small Group Personal Training is a training structure / model which allows you to train in small groups alongside other like minded members of the TIBBS FITNESS family.
SGPT is a sustainable way of receiving high quality coaching with structured programming for a fraction of the price of 1-2-1 personal training.
Training with like minded others is awesome and really pushes you to fulfil your potential. We are so proud of the environment we have at HQ, its fun, supportive and also a place you can see how hard you can push yourself.
There are only a certain amount of hours in the day, which limits the amount of people we can work with. Transitioning to a SGPT structure will allow us to do more of what we love and be able to help and support more people.
We are aware that paying the premium of 1-2-1 personal training isn't sustainable long term for everyone. However the support, guidance and accountability a PT gives you is needed. SGPT gives you more contact time with us, high quality coaching, structured programming / workouts, as well as our continued support outside of the gym to help acheive your goals.
