Josh Tibbles, Head Coach & Founder

Josh has spent the last 8 years working with hundreds of clients from all different backgrounds to help develop them both physically and mentally. He has a real desire to help people improve and loves seeing people become part of the Tibbs Fitness Community.

Chris started his Tibbs Fitness journey as a member over 12 months before joining our coaching team.

Luis has a wealth of knowledge and experience with over a decade in the fitness industry. With a raw passion and enthusiasm for coaching and helping people become better versions of themselves.

Flic Quinn, Run Coach

Flic has been part of the Tibbs Fitness family for over 3 years. Firstly, as a member before transitioning to our Run Coach. with over 15 years of running experience, she truly practises what she preaches. Her Natural enthusiasm and bubbliness has inspired many of our members to take up running and achieve some amazing results.
